I'd like to know if you attach any type of TCH reference to the bottom of your "members'" emails (ala hotmail), or put a TCH hotlink in the email header?

No, there are no TCH taglines or advertisements in outgoing member emails. When you get your domain hosted here then your happiness will be all the advertisement needed.

Just to be completely accurate, there is an anti-abuse header attached, but this doesn't show up for recipients unless they view full mail headers. It's not done for advertising, it's done to track abuse should someone try to spam from TCH servers.
