Can this new acc't be associated with my existing account? In other words, can they be associated with the same customer/customer number. If not, will I have to use a different email address to setup this new account?

I went through the new account process and I received this message:

 

 

Account Detected

Our software has detected that you already have an account on our system, to place an additional order on this account please enter your login password below, if you are unsure of this please go here

 

I have tried the password associated to my existing hosting account and I am getting this message:

 

Sorry, there were the following errors:

Incorrect User Password

 

What password are they looking for?

I changed my password in cPanel but the new account setup procedure didn't know what that password is....could that be the problem? Is tch looking for my original password that they assigned me when I setup my first account?
