Hi Twelevemotion,

I have now had time to figure this out after our IM-chat.

I think the correct procedure is:

 

1) Upload the similies to forum > images > smilies

2) Insert them one by one in your admin section > general admin > smilies in your phpbb.

 

There is an option for importing a smiley pack too, but I have no idea how to do that.
