:) This caught me by surprise because it is contrary to your AUP. One reason I chose

***** is because I thought it was Decent.

Your AUP states:
"***** Hosting customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any

of ***** Hosting 's services, any material that is, in ***** Hosting 's sole

discretion, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, or

encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil

liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, federal or international law."

Further on:
"You may not use your web site to publish material which ***** Hosting

determines, at its sole discretion, to be unlawful, indecent or objectionable.""

And:
"Indecent content is that which depicts sexual or excretory activities in a

patently offensive matter as measured by contemporary community standards."

Isn't the internet indecent enough without ***** contributing to it?

What you consider adult content and what others consider adult content may vary greatly.

We will not host any site that in our sole judgement that is unlawful, indecent or objectionable.

I dont feel i need to explain this, however for the benefit of open discussions, I will .

Pornography is not hosted on our Servers. We DO allow adult content. However, we do not allow Pay for porno sites, hardcore or softcore sites or any pornography in any shape or form. With that said, we WILL host Adult Content Sites.

There is a a clear path between Adult Content and Pornography. For example -

A gay pride site would fit in just fine, however, a photo site of gay pornography would not.

Adult content is just that - content meant to be seen and viewed by adults. It DOES not mean pornography.

We host a domain for a artist that renders art work of naked models. All done in abstract form, they are awesome works of art. This would be considered pornography to some to others its art. That site would fit just fine on our servers.

I hope this clears things up for you.
