How To Install Formmail.php

I am not very good at this website stuff, but I am slowly learning.

 

I have a form on my website. I want to either be able to insert it into a database (1st preference) or have the results emailed to me.

 

Can someone please help. I found a script, but I'll be darned if I know how to install and/or what to do with it.

I've never used the script you are trying but a lot of users here have used Ultimate Form Mail.
