Farah Nissa Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 Hi, We have currently been having several emails that have been sent to us taking a long time to get to us. From a couple of hours to a day or so. I do understand that depending on the network it might take a couple of hours to get to us, but any emails taking a day seems a lot. I was wonder if it's possible to get a log file of emails sent to sfhuk.net for last week so that we can see if the issue was with our customers or if there might be a problem at the totalchoicehosting end. Any help would be appreciated thanks Quote
TCH-Rob Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 That would be a request sent to the helpdesk. I will say that if there are routing issues from their server to ours then the mail server will keep trying for a few days to send it to you. Quote
Farah Nissa Posted October 23, 2004 Author Posted October 23, 2004 Thanks. I think the issue was with our customer but i thought it best to check. i have issued a ticket to get a log of the emails Quote

I would start with THEIR host and they should check with level3 Quote
TCH-Don Posted October 23, 2004 Posted October 23, 2004 Welcome to the Family Farah and your new home! It depends on their ISP too. My neighbor has AOL, and it takes anywhere from 2 hours to 14 hours to get an e-mail from next door We really are like family here. So if you need anything, just ask your new family! We love to help Quote
TCH-Rob Posted October 24, 2004 Posted October 24, 2004 Again with the poor manners. Welcome home Farah. Quote
