Form Mail Problem

Hi,

 

I noticed that my FormMail somehow has been "disabled". How do I enable it or how did this happen in the first place? The form was working fine a couple of weeks ago when I checked but now I get this message:

 

FormMail-Clone

The system administrator has disabled this script.

 

 

Any suggestions?
