The great thing is that it literally takes two minutes to install. It also has a few premade forms. Just edit one of the contact.php files to customize it if it doesn't meet your needs.

Already installed, and sent a testing email to myself. Works just fine.

 

What bothers me, do I really need to point at contact.php, thanks.php, et cetera using this extra installation folder /ummf/thanks.php?

 

I mean is it possible to dump all files into top directory - /thanks.php ...?

Or 'ummf' is also ok?

You don't have to install it into a seperate directory. You can put them all under public_htmml, just remove any extra contact.php files that you are not using.
