We are having some issues with the Live Chat that we use for support. We are looking into it and working on getting it resolved.

 

The issues we are having may make it look like the operator has logged off, text is being lost (unless you click the "view printer friendly" link) Operator doesnt get the alert that someone is in chat which then makes the customer feel like they are being ignored when they dont answer.

 

For now the BEST means of support is the help desk, this has always been our primary support method but some preffer to chat with a person rather than e-mail. If you do use the live chat I assure you, you are not being ignored or brushed off. We hope to get these issues resolved ASAP, even if that means moving to a different chat system.
