PeepingCeasar Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 I just went through and registered my domain name and was at step 3 of the order when I had an issue with the connection and then when I tried to proceed and pay with my credit card, I get a message that the domain already exists on the system. I didn't get a chance to enter my credit card info. I then get and email that my account won't be setup until i pay for it, but I see no way to pay for it. any help? Emailed billing. Cannot enter a help ticket because i don't have a login as of yet. Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 Try to submit a ticket to billing department with "Unknown" as Username and Password and they will fix this for you. Quote
