Are you using ftp.****** for your address? Are you using yourlogin@****** for the login name? Are you using the correct password? What type of error are you getting? Quote

Try setting up a new connection in your ftp program using host = ftp.yourdomain.ext user = cpanelname password = ******* remote dir = public_html passive = yes and see if that works. Quote
crackedacorn.net Posted September 24, 2004 Author Posted September 24, 2004 well, I'm using WS_FTP pro (an old version) and am connecting to www.crackedacorn.net with the correct username, password, and it's in passive mode. it usually always worked, and now it isn't. Also, ftp.crackedacorn.net (through IE) using my screenname and password is not working. The last thing I did to modify Microsoft Windows in any way is install SP2... but i really don't know if that's the problem. Just throwing that in just in case it is Quote
