motarque Posted September 22, 2004 Posted September 22, 2004 I have a form created in Dreamweaver that is basically a response form. Name, address, phone, email. It has check boxes for different items that they'd like to recieve info about. How can I make it so that when they click "submit" it sends an email to info@<sitename> with the information + the checked boxes information? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Quote
