I have purchased a new account from TCH and found out when I go to PHPMyAdmin, the Database drop-down list shows names of databases I have not created and I am sure they belong to someone else. NOTE: I CAN NOT see information, just the names of the database. On my OLD account, I have only been able to see my own. So it bothered me when this happened. Maybe because no one on my old server had databases? If this is true, then no problem. But I just wanted to make a note of this. Also to note: The CPanel looks different on this new account (It says CPanel X, where as my older account says CPanel.) I didn;t know if this would make a difference or not. It shouldn't, but I thoguht I would mention it. Thanks for your great service! Quote
LisaJill Posted September 20, 2004 Posted September 20, 2004 Submit a ticket about the databases, those should be cleaned up by techs. As far as Cpanel - X is a theme, and there are many others. That shouldn't affect anything except for how it looks. Quote
