Hazel Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Hello, two days ago, I created a hosting account with TotalChoice. I read that in 1-12 hours, I would receive a mail with my login and password. I have not received it and I dont know why. my domain is http://www.tes-net.com, and when I access to it, I can see two folders. Well, Have I problems with my billing data, or is there a problem with my sign-up? Hazel J. Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 (edited) Hi, I am not staff so I can not tell what happened and I dont know what email you used to sign up with. But its recommended to use hotmail, yahoo etc and not the domain email you eventually already have. If using hotmail, yahoo, please check the junk folders cause these services are known to sort important emails a little strange. If there is no email, submit a ticket to the support guys. Link on top of page. EDIT: I forgot to say that when the ticket to support asks for password etc just enter "unknown" Edited September 11, 2004 by Jikrantz Quote

stevevan Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 based upon past experience, the help desk is available and manned 24/7. I have RARELY had to wait more than an hour or two. Quote
Hazel Posted September 11, 2004 Author Posted September 11, 2004 Well, I´m back again. I sent them a ticket, and the answered me that apparently, the server and anything about my data was correct, but they needed my 3 last digits of my credit card. That was a few hours ago. I sent them that digits, and I have had not any notice about them. What could be the problem? Why I can no receive that e-mail with my login and password, if I recieved an e-mail with the bill of the hosting account? Apparently, my credit card data was correct (if not, i wouldnt received an e- mail with that bill), so... Umg, I am sad because that problem Hazel J. Quote
TCH-Don Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 Hi Hazel, welcome! I am sure that you looked in your gmail trash, spam and all folders. So how about re-openingyour support ticket and ask that the welcome e-mail be resent to another address like your ISP address, I can assure you no spam will result from tch having your ISP address. Thats what I use and no spame ever. Hang in there, it will be worth it. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted September 11, 2004 Posted September 11, 2004 You should have the email now. I just resent it to the address you used on the Help Desk ticket. The original was sent to a hotmail address you used on signing up. Quote
