Problems With Sending E-mails

Hi, I can't seem to send any e-mails (via web mail) to my hotmail account. No error pages show when I hit the send button. But hotmail just doesn't receive.

 

I have no problem sending emails between two web mail accounts, and can even receive mails from hotmail.

 

and what's this SMTP thing? I can't find this in the web mail setting though... how do you change ports? *confused*

Dear Confused,

 

Web mail has no ports to change, that is for e-mail clients like Outlook. Have you checked every Hotmail folder including bulk and spam?
