crownteam Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 I switched from a different hosting to your company and I have the domain http://www.crownteamrealtors.com. I ordered the silver package, 850 mb of space. I purchased it yesterday and got confirmation, but when I go to the cpanel link in my email, when I enter my info.. it says the login is invalid. I also use godaddy.com for my domain and I pointed my domain to your server and it's not coming up either. Can you guys help? Thanks. David Quote
TCH-Andy Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 Hi, If you only purchased it yesterday - you will need to use the IP address, not the domain name. Propagation of the domain name takes 24 to 72 hours. Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 (edited) If you tried to log in via http://www.crownteamrealtors.com/cpanel, it will not work. When you at godday has changed nameservers to point to TCH it will take up to 72 hours (called propagation) until http://www.crownteamrealtors.com is accessible under that name. However in welcome email is some info how to enter cpanel etc before propagation is finished. IF you can not log in to cpanel with before prpagation instructions in welcome email, please submit a help desk ticket. Link on top of page. And finally...
