optiontrader1138 Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 Hi, I have two requests. The first is that I'd like to get an SSL certificate issued to my account. Normally, this is nothing urgent, but in my case, I've implemented a conversion tracking system in conjunction with a business partner and we just discovered today that it won't work because I don't have an SSL system in place. So now, we're halfway through the project with no conversion tracking, and we're stuck until we get this set up. So if someone from sales is reading this, please help! [and yes! I have filed a help desk ticket, but the turnaround time is sometimes quite long on these ... still waiting for a response for this next one:] My other request is that I'd like to get a dedicated server for my account. I'm starting to get some serious traffic at my site, and yesterday another users' script slowed my site to an absolute crawl. It took 3 hours for me to convince the help desk that there was a problem (email sucks sometimes) and when they finally listened to me and looked where I told them to look, they got the problem resolved. During this time, I estimate I lost around $500 in sales. Pretty harsh. Anyway, I heard that you guys are out of rack space, but if something comes up, I'd appreciate a heads up...! Thanks, I really like the service a lot (with the exception of the sometimes long delays with the help desk...!) Quote
TCH-Dick Posted August 19, 2004 Posted August 19, 2004 You need to put your requests into the help desk, these forums are not for one on one support, and are not monitored by staff 24/7 https://ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/supportdesk Quote
optiontrader1138 Posted August 19, 2004 Author Posted August 19, 2004 Hi Mike, I indeed have already done that, but as I stated, I've sometimes had really slow turnaround times with the help desk and this is a very urgent request. But I'm happy to say that TCH has gotten back to me (was it you?) already, so this is a very pleasant surprise...! Thanks! Rich Quote
