Maxing Space On Ftp Users?

Is there a way to put a maximum amount of space on folders in the ftp client. For example the ftp user logs in and goes to his folder, he wants to upload 100MB but hes only allowed 50. Is there any possible way?... if not - no biggie. :unsure:
