Problems With Db Connection?

Hi,

 

I was making some changes to a testindex page and a few poll template changesand uploaded via ftp, I went to my main index and found this above my header:

 

>Database error: [Got error 28 from table handler]
SELECT DISTINCT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND post_date_gmt <= '2004-08-06 16:53:59' AND (post_status = "publish") GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC LIMIT 24

 

and this in my side menu:

SELECT * FROM UsernameRemoved_weapons.cpg130_pictures WHERE approved = 'YES' ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT 2
Album -1: No picture found

 

The site uses Wordpress as it main software and I have made no changes to the sql db's for a while, well yesterday anyway.

 

I had recently installed a phpBB forum about an hour before this problem.

 

I have check the db's (via phpmyadmin) and the server status page (57) and everything seems OK. The code in the menu is supposed to retrieve 2 random images from my Coppermine gallery. I checked the gallery and again everything seems to be working.

 

Any ideas?

Since spell checking this post another side menu item has stopped working, that was working when the other two stopped (if that makes sense!)

Even though I made no changes it's now working fine. Spooky!
