Meanwhile, my list is dead:( Worse yet, I cant check on the ticket and give you a # because the "email the ticket key to me" feature of the help desk isnt sending email. There is no server-side filtering on my email account, so that isnt the issue. Mark Quote
TCH-Rob Posted July 28, 2004 Posted July 28, 2004 When you open a ticket you should have received an email in return with the ticket number. I believe if you go to the helpdesk you can check on the tickets you have sent in. If you have not gotten an answer and you submitted a ticket two days ago you might want to open a ticket with an alternate email address to see what may be the issue. Quote
