Sorry. cPanel does make a Forwarder available, but it will only handle incoming mail and can be configured for EACH email address to duplicate the mail. Lots of painstaking work there if you have very many email addresses. Lianna Quote

What's next? Does he also want to see every web page that an employee goes to? What about listening in on every phone call? Frankly, there are tools and software for logging email and internet access. You install the right tools to do the right job. These tools can generate reports so that if or when there are issues, then you can dig deeper. These same tools can provide spam filtering and web site control. Furthermore, any such action, although completely legitimate, should be addressed in the company's employee manual, and every employee should sign an agreement indicating that all email and Internet access may be reviewed.
