Registering Domain Name

I have a problem with registering my domain name with *****.

 

Within the completion of my purchase, the web-appl raises an error* (see bottom of page) - that my credit-card (american express) is invalid.

Of course I called my card-holder to verify this. They told me my card is valid.

 

(I hope I won't be billed for my several attempts to complete my purchase order - I experienced it once before.. isn't legal).

 

 

Question: Could you please help me?

 

 

* Code 2 - Your credit card was Declined. This could be due to an incorrect expiration date, your billing address or zip does not match your credit card billing address, the card has not yet been activated, or the card is over its limit.

problem/solution:

Billing-NAME needs to be equal as the credit-card holder NAME.
