TCH-Thomas Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 I was looking in scheduled jobs (not sure its called that in english) in windows today and found that a "symdrmc.exe" is supposed to do things at midnight in my computer. I find no info either on symantec.com, google (atleast not in any language I understand) or in my own computer on what this symdrmc.exe is doing. Does anyone know? Quote
TCH-Rob Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 Thomas, It looks to be a part of Norton System Works and it is supposed to be there. Quote
TCH-Thomas Posted June 25, 2004 Author Posted June 25, 2004 Thanks Rob I knew it had something to do with either systemworks, antivirus or internet security but I dont know which one and I thought that if its really needed for my system and it is supposed to be doing something at midnight when I usually dont have the comp running I thought maybe I could change it scheduled time but for that I figured I need to know what it does. Wow, that turned out to be a long sentence. Quote
