Downloading Email Read With Webmail

Greetings:

 

Today I had a dead computer. Prior to resurrecting it, I was reading/sending email online with web mail. I'd now like to download the messages to my computer, but the client doesn't get the messages. How do I get them to download?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Were you using Neomail or Horde?

Move the read email back to your inbox, mark it all as "unseen".

 

Fire up your Email client and suck it off the server.

I was using Horde - I like it better. I never moved the mail out of the 'inbox'. I tried the 'unseen' thing and that did not work this afternoon. Tonight, however, when I logged in it DID download. Could it be it didn't download this afternoon because I was logged in to webmail and through another computer with a regular email client at the same time?
