User Access Denied

Can anyone help me, please?

 

I cannot get into the Help Desk system, because the system does not recognize me as an existing client. I am using the same user name and password as I've received in the Welcome message.

 

- FTP works

- CPanel works

 

But I cannot submit a request to have access to the shared SSL. What am I doing wrong? (I even tried the "Lost Password" link, but it won't recognize me as an existing client.)

 

I still have the Welcome message and am using the original user name and password combination.

 

Anyone?

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems accessing our help desk.

 

Please send an email to tony@totalchoicehosting.com, and include the following:

 

domain name

cpanel log in

password

 

I will get this resolved for you.
