Guest Dee Philipp Posted March 13, 2003 Posted March 13, 2003 Can anyone help me, please? I cannot get into the Help Desk system, because the system does not recognize me as an existing client. I am using the same user name and password as I've received in the Welcome message. - FTP works - CPanel works But I cannot submit a request to have access to the shared SSL. What am I doing wrong? (I even tried the "Lost Password" link, but it won't recognize me as an existing client.) I still have the Welcome message and am using the original user name and password combination. Anyone?
