I was just wondering if I can work with my MySQL account via a 3rd party client that I have. What is the server address to connect to?

The server address would be your domain name.

 

You will need to add your computer's ip address to the list in cpanel's database admininstration so you can connect with your application (like MSAccess or whatever)
