I hit the reset ...didn't get anything from that yet I can't do the address phone number thing because I moved LOL ... ooops... ..I didn't pay for this hosting...lol....it was a gift from a boyfriend....and we split up ...so I got nada info in that credit card area... I will try a few things if not ....I can ask to get all new info when I recieve a renewal billing and renew but thank you for helping me ...

it is the password for the loggin desk I don't have.....I used the one I have written down.... so I will try a couple more ... but no worries I can't set up my FTP either ....

Hi Not sure this is where I ask, I recently moved and now trying to set up my Control panel.....unfortunately I can't remember my username and password.....I have been all over the place to find out and everywhere I go I get asked for my username and password .....the problem is....it has been so long since I typed it I can't remember it....where can I go to find out what it is without having to sign in to get it........we will just call all of this a blonde moment...alrighties....lol thank you for any help

How do I do this that is posted below....as I think my server changed again....so I better figure out how to do either of the instructions below so I can fix the problem without bothering you people..... make sure that you are subscribed to the thread denoting your server name, Data Centre updates, Network issues etc to get alerts of changes taking place. Or how do I make my FTP client to use passive connections ...so I can use my domain name..... Thank you Mystic

And from coreftp I just get a message that it failed to connect to 69.93.215.165 Port: 21 and the date and time.... It worked over the weekend that is why I am surprised it isn't connecting now

Hi .... my problem is getting connected....everything goes fine then it says Host not responding in time.... so me being me thought oooops I broke it...and downloaded another ftp ....guess what same problem how do I fix this....if it can be fixed...lol .... can you tell I know nothing about ftp's

My problem ... is simple...I can't see my image .... the html is <TD WIDTH="778" HEIGHT="99" COLSPAN="1" ROWSPAN="1" background="indexfiles/indexheader1.jpg"> I put the folder called indexfiles into the public.html folder along with my html text page which is separate from the indexfiles folder .... and I have used every available free FTP there is to find and I get the same results with each of them....lol....desperation at its best.....I am back with the original FTP I started with Core...... We have resolved you can see my site but I can't cause my ISP is not updated ....I am going with that explanation for two more days..... this is where I am and can't see the image....http://server57.tchmachines.com/~ynzrpszs/ any suggestions as to why I can't see it ...most appreciated..... I put my index.html in the public.html folder along with every html page and all the images folders ...I didn't have them in the public.html folder so I got nothing....now does it matter that I can't access my domain still and using that other way...cause I know none of my links will work...

My main page is index.html I had all my files in a folder called index and I changed that folder to indexfiles.... my index.html page is uploaded separately from that folder.....all my images are directed to that folder.... as in "indexfiles/indexheader1.jpg" everything is lower case ......

Okies...never mind that problem....I moved every folder and all my html pages to the public.html folder......I can see something ... not one image .. just black and grey.....sooooooooooo .... do I have to change all my html to view the images? right now I have background="indexfiles/indexheader1.jpg" so now I am not really sure what I have done wrong...

I have uploaded everything with my FTP ..... but I can't see anything no matter which route I take...I either get the page can not be displayed .... or the other route .... Index of ... So I am wondering if I put my index files in the wrong place (my index files contain everything I need for my main pages) .....I saved my html as index.html links.html etc.......all those pages I uploaded separately and then I uploaded the full index folder with all the files in it .........now I didn't put that into another folder....should I have?????
