And just to clear up another question. If I did have a reseller account am I able to resell subdomains instead of full domains? and-or both? Or am I limited to only selling full domains?

I actually called them when I setup my hosting plan. I orderd late Sat and was very anxious waiting by the phone then relized the billing dept is probly closed sat and sun... so early morning monday I called the billing dept and did my phone verification that way instead of waiting. Not sure if this is proper, but like I said.. I was extreamly anxious to start working on my site hehehe the folks at the billing dept were very friendly and helpful.
