Yeap. It can't be done using cpanel or FTP. It is one of the rare situations we need telnet. I also tried to use PHP and CGI to execute the link command. I am not family with either so I ended up in a mess. You can give them a try. I also need a few symobolic links. Solutions will be much appreciated.

It is a good solution, but is the action applied to the root directory alone, or to ALL directories? If not, how do I do it for all directories?

I'm new to TCH. I've read the posts about creating subdomains. I have yet updated the DNS, so I cannot test the subdomain yet. What I don't yet know is how to make make the pages of the subdomain inaccessible from a URL of the main domain. That is, while allowing http://game.alexfung.info/t2.htm I want to refuse (give it a 404) to http://alexfung.info/game/t2.htm Is it possible?
