I'm not sure this is the right foum but... I was wondering how often does TCH update PHP? Mainly, how long after a official release update is it before the servers are patched with the new update? I'm asking this because I ran across this bug: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=21912 At least I think its this bug Its supposedly fixed in 4.3.2, although the official release of 4.3.2 is not out yet. Thanks.

Try changing the mySQL server information to "localhost". I have no idea if that will work but everything I've ever used I've always put localhost if the database is on the same server as the site.

Check the chmod on the directory that you are moving the uploaded file too. I've seen similiar errors when php can not write to the path its trying to move or create a file in.
