There we go completely removed the licence options and such. So it is no longer a commercial gain script Instead there is just some basic additional services that can be purchased (like custom installs and such). Does that mean i can advertise it now?

No it's for free. There is just the option of buying it if you want to help support future scripts (much like a donation system). But it is still a free download and unlimited use and absolutly no difference between them
