I had this same problem and was informed that the php mail() function has recently been disabled. As far as I can tell, there is nowhere in nuke to set this to SMTP. So unfortunately, I am going to have to find another host that supports that function since my site depends on it.

Is there a way of allowing someone to access the stats without me giving them my cpanel ID and password?

I also have had this same problem for the past week or so, and I was going nuts thinking it was something in phpNuke causing it. I just put in a ticket; my domain is finalturn.com.
