I realised I had posted this in the wrong forum, so I'm moving it to this one - where it should have been in the first place. I had posted it in the Frequently Asked Pre-Sales Questions Forum, but it didn't really get solved there, so I figured I'd give it shot here.
I guess it's possible I deleted it by accident, but I sincerely don't recall receiving anything from TC. I was trying to get this set up for the weekend, but now I dont think the new nameservers will propagate in time. I sent an e-mail to sales@totalchoicehosting.com Monday at 1:30... I got an automated reply, but nothing else since.
