I'm having trouble uploading emoticons to my forum. I go to other sites find a emoticon I like, right click and save as to my pictures. The I go to the emoticon manager in the cpanel, I then browse my computer for the selected emoticon and click upload. Then I get a message that the upload failed. Any suggestions?

Just a white page?

I have no idea how to do that I ran out of aspirin so I'm going to give up for tonight. Maybe tomorrow someone can walk me through it from my cpanel. Right now when you visit the addy it just shows the index. I have no idea how to have it directed to the forum (wich I dont even know if it exists lol).

Im not sure exactly how to do that. I figured once I got the invision forum loaded it would show up when you went to the site? Any help for a noob

Ok I installed invisionboard but when I type in my domain name it just goes to the page that says this domain is parked free etc... What am I doing wrong?

What site info should I include in the ticket?

I don't have option for "add-on scripts" the closest thing I have is "scripts library". I have a option for bulliten board but its a phpBB 2.0.11 Setup.

I never received a welcome email.

I cant live with the domain name I purchased. I went to register the correct spelling and its not available. I will register a new domain name when I can think of one. Where do I submit a service ticket?

Just found out I miss spelled my domain name so everything is useless now

Ok I got my domain name and paid for the silver plan for hosting. Do I download forum templates or how do I get a forum set up? Do I have to transfer my domain name somehow?
