My sites hosted with TCH have been down for just about two days now - two days!! I think that is a modern record for hosting. Like Ramone above I too was told it was my CMS vendor's fault even when all logic indicated that it was not the case. My sites could have been moved to an unaffected server Monday night but now the server is down, the site can't be moved and my business is probably dead. What a frustrating occurrence. Sometimes bad things happen but a crisis management plan really should have been in place to ensure customers were not left in the dark.

Hi LJ, thanks for the advice. I've gone through all of the EE documentation. My snag is determining the relative path from domain 1 to domain 2. TCH is helping with that. I'll try again when I have that info.

I am trying to run one domain http://put_your_domain.com from an installation of EE on another domain http;//put_your_domain2.com. EE says this is possible but when I try it I get the following error message: Disallowed file extension I've checked the script a dozen times and don't think that is the issue.
