I use a different email address with TCH – Anyway, even if I was using my domain email address, I still should have received the 80% warning. Also, when I had apparently exceeded my bandwidth limit, I was still receiving emails through my domain name.
I think it is appalling that TCH will not refund me. If I had known I was approaching my bandwidth limit, I would have restricted the usage on my site (by adding in password pages to where people could download information) for the last couple of days until the new month had started. Now I have paid twice for the one month - this has happened to me before, and I am not happy.
