Hi all, Like the new host so far, but do have a minor problem with e-mail. Can recieve mail but can't send any, outlook keeps asking for the password. I have the pwd entered and ran the test in outlook, does all but send mail. How do I fix it?? Rob D

AWESEOME You guys already got the backup file loaded and ready to go... Now thats FAST! I just changed my Nameservers to point to TCH. SHould be at my new home as soon as the rest of the world catches up. Thanks! Rob D. Rock Sign

Ok, got a ticket submitted. I both uploaded my most recent backup files and gave my previous host CP id and pwd. Of course my old host is down again. Mad!!! Thanks Rob

Greeings, I have my site, e-mail etc on a webhost that uses the same control panel as TCH. My account was setup last night. I thought I could download a home directory, database, etc and restore it here. That didn't work... Need some ideas on how to move my entire site to TCH. My (soone to be fired webhost) doesn't seem to be getting anything to work, so maybe the backups are fried. Any ideas?? Rob
