  2. It took me ages through reading reviews to find this place, but I am so glad I did. This place has a great customer satisfaction level, which I am very happy with. Though sadly, I will be switching hosts soon, due to huge bandwidth needs that TCH does not offer, I have set up many of my web design clients here and they love it, so in a way, I guess I will still be family. However, I will still recommend people here and I have doubts that my new host will have as greater level of customer support and satisfaction.
  3. I use Thunderbird only because Outlook does not work with my main email address and has problems with it. This is an email server that is not hosted by TCH, just so you know.
  4. Right, Okay, I will not be trying the live support again. All I want to do is upgrade to the expert monthly plan, what do I need to do?!
  5. May I ask what kind of problems you had. Why I ask is because alot of these help desk emails can end up in junk folders if you used a free service like hotmail etc for this? EDIT: What you also can try is to find one of the guys (who are red in the forum) either on their IM´s or try the live chat (Scroll down to bottom of page). <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't use hotmail or yahoo, I use a webmail service that is from a friend's domain hosting: Netfirms Webmail.
  6. Hi, My website has run out of bandwidth, and I wish to upgrade to the monthly Expert plan. I have submitted about 2 tickets with the help desk but I have problems getting the emails or even accessing the ticket status area. Then I tried to upgrade by ordering it, but perlbill isn't working for some reason. Could someone please help me to get my website back up and running again as soon as possible? PS. I have searched on this topic and have found nothing, and I am only assuming to put this here because it is where the Billing people are likely to hang about.
  7. I have one more question: I have just ordered hosting for my domain name and I know it takes 6 - 24 hours to come through, but how do I know when it does?
  8. I can't call because my family are asleep and I want to get this done soon, but I just ordered beyondavatars.com and I tried to log in, but it gave me an account error! And now when I log in I can't see the domain I paid for! I was going to buy hosting next, but I am not sure I can. Please help! Edit: Okay, it's fixed now.

If I want a parked domain (e.g. www.sitea.com and www.siteb.com) that I want to publish the exact same content on, (if you don't know what I mean then go to http://www.andovercg.com and http://www.hightechrecycle.com, they're not my domains but my Dad's), then do I have to buy resellers hosting with it or can I just do it through the cpanel?
