  1. How can I make a form field required to be filled out? I am using frontpage 2000 and can't find the option.
  2. In another thread it was reported that if you clear the cookies from the temporary internet files it clears this up. I too was having this problem but after I did that, I am in.
  3. that is what I was thinking but I was hoping there were some more goodies I was missing.
  4. No, I know how to use PGP, I have been using it for years. My question is why do you upload it to the webhost? Just so you can tell people where to get it?
  5. Thanks, I went ahead and did it your way.
  6. I have my pgp keyset and I even have imported them to my site. What am I supposed to do with it now? I imagine it can encrypt emails to me but how do I set that up? What else can you do with it?
  7. hmmm, well I guess that would work too . I noticed that the last update on my page this morning was at 5:46 so I changed the cronjob to 6. Guess I will be changing the perms on that file just in case.
  8. Ok, linux Guru's please help. I tried with my limited knowledge to do the cron job but it didn't work. Here is what I did. >cp /awstats.cyberhigh.net.conf /tmp/awstats/awstats.cyberhigh.net.conf and I set it at 01*** so it would copy every day at 1AM. I have the file in the root hence the "/awstats.cyberhigh.net.conf" and you can see where I want it to go. On second thought, perhaps the files are reset after 1. I will go change that to 5 to see when it is. If anyone can see an error in my cronjob let me know though.
  9. that's a good idea, I might just do that. I haven't really had a problem doing this since it takes me 30 seconds but that would be nice too.
  10. We can control the settings though. Just by modding that .conf file I can make it look and work how I like. The file is overwritten the next day though.
  11. The site took less than 5 sec. for me and the zip downloaded at 130KB.
  12. I say keep AWstats, it's not that hard to upload the .conf file in the morning and I really like the stats they give. I just keep a copy on my desktop and before I check stats that day I upload it again and voila.
  13. you might be having the problem I recently had. On your main account you do not need the "@******" but that is not a real email address. It is the "anything@******" so if your username to login to cpanel is joeblow and you want an email address that has joeblow@****** you still need to create that email address in mail settings. Then you would login using "joeblow@******" and the default anywhere account would be just "joeblow".
  14. I was going to try this same thing, first I wanted to make sure that SA didn't label anything wrong though. So far so good. Please post your results for the rest of us.
  15. I believe your login name to check your mail is supposed to be username@****** and it will not work if you don't use that "@******" in there.
  16. Just paid and emailed you. Not a problem on the delay, I just wanted to get get going since I have someone wanting to switch over this week. Thanks for all your help.
  17. I would like to take credit for it but it is just one that I found on the net.
  18. I did open a help desk ticket yesterday and then this morning an email came that said I had to send an email to billing. Haven't heard anything since I sent the email this morning.
  19. I figured it might take up to a day to get everything setup. I am cool with that, jsut wanted to get it started as soon as I could.
  20. As a matter of fact I think my help desk ticket is 4 hours old now. I keep checking back because, well I guess I have too much time on my hands.
  21. I need to do this. I already have a client who is looking to move over to me later this week. I know, I should have planned better but hey, what can you do? So how do I go about getting this started?
  22. Thanks to both of you. It never occured to me to even try that.
  23. Sounds good. I'll let them know and wait to hear from you.
  24. Lianna, you replied just as I was. Thank you, when you get to it I would appreciate it. I swear this place is the best host I have used. There will always be little problems but you guys go above and beyond to help. I really appreciate it.
  25. KW, it is setup this way. I have tested this both with the webmail and outlook express/Outlook. Basically, here is my issue. In cpanel, under email group, click on default address. This should be where you change the setting for "All unrouted mail for will be sent to" but when I set this to :blackhole: of :fail: it will also discard any email I get that is routed to jlemieux@cyberhigh.net. I should be able to set this so that when someone sends an email to an unknownaddress@cyberhigh.net it is discarded or returned as undeliverable. For some reason my main email account which is jlemieux@cyberhigh.net will also suffer these same results when I do this. Is there any way around this? Perhaps having a different email address as the main one for my account???
