I should also add that I'm looking at switching hosts as soon as possible, unless this is fixed straight away -- I don't mind if my websites are down for an hour or two, but vanishing email is really not something I can live with, even for a day. I've only just found out now that there are literally dozens and dozens of emails I was supposed to receive over the past few weeks, and many of them were critical to travel plans and such. Can we get an update on this ASAP?

I'm also missing emails, on two different TCH accounts, for a number of domains. No link between the senders.

Hi! I've got a cpanel-based hosting account with another provider, and I'd like to make it so that when I switch the DNS servers from the old host to TCH, the mail stored on the POP server and/or in the webmail is kept the same -- so that it is as seamless as possible, as far as email is concerned. Can I just create POP accounts on my TCH account and then copy the mail/neomail directories to do this, or is there something more that I need to consider?
