Hi everyone! I am setting up Wordpress at a blog.pugmania.com subdomain on our site. I have the favicon in the right place for it to work with the main www page (/public_html), but it doesn't show up on the blog.pugmania.com Wordpress page. I have added a copy of favicon to the blog subdomain directory (/public_html/blog) but no luck. Do I need to add the favicon html code to my page templates, modify my style sheets, or something? Everything else is going great so far using the TCH tutorials. -Alex

Hi. I am having the same problem. I have tried using slash, no slash, etc. but the image refuses to load. It is a png. The alt text does show up though. EDIT: Got it. I has spelled source= out completely. Been awhile. Should be src=

Where do I sign up? Seriously. Am I missing a page or something? Do I email presales? What info do you need? EDIT: Doh! It is one the first page. I was so buried in the site I couldn't find an order link. Double Doh! the tiny links are at the bottom of each plan. Maybe you should add an order page just to make it obvious for dopes like me .

I think I have found the hosting company I have been searching for . Am I correct in assuming that the basic differences in the plans (non-dedicated) are the amount of storage and bandwidth allotted, with reseller accounts adding the ability to host multiple domains? It seems every plan offers the same bundle of nice features. I am new to this and I would also like to know if ftp uploads count against bandwidth or is the limit applied only to total downloads from a site (http, ftp, etc.)? One of the forum posts seemed to imply that uploads were a bandwisth consideration on a frequently updated site. Also, is there plan or interest in offering Ruby support? It is not something I need but I have been experimenting with it, and it would be nice to try it out for site scripting. Lastly, do I understand the Terms of Service correctly as regards refunds: After the Initial Period (the 30 days?) there are no refunds of pre-paid fees unless TCH chooses to terminate the agreement? i.e. I pre-pay for a year and after 6 months discover the need to close my site for some reason (boredom/lack of funds/too popular ), I forfeit the last 6 months?
