  1. Hello, Is there the capability to write the logs in Extended Log Format with the user's cookie to the log? Thanks.
  2. Hello, I currently have a e commerce site running with no problems on a Windows host uisng ASP software. I'm considering switching it to PHP based X-cart and hosting it here. I have one account so far and very satisfied with the service. My questions are for anyone that has moved over a site that involved SSL. What is the proper procedure to transfer the site so the SSL wouldn't be affected? My SSL is already registered for my domain with my current server, www.**** is what the certificate is under (Comodo Cert). Is it best to use the Shared SSL on TCH until all the name servers point to the TCH version and then get the SSL reissued by Comodo? Or is there a better way to do it so Shared SSL is not involved. Thanks.
  3. I used to burn CDs for my backups, but once had a big problem in that my computer would not read the CD when my older one crashed and I had to move to a new one. I now use an online backup service to store all my files securely offsite. There's a lot out there, but I use firstbackup.com You can schedule your backups to run automatically and the files are stored compressed on their servers. Good luck. Backing up is very important and I recommend doing it often and in as many different ways possible. I almost lost a LOT of unrecoverable information.

  5. Hello, I just set up an account with this wonderful service and am wondering if there is anyway to upload a large mysql database. It is about 90 MB and it looks like the limit is about 50 MB. I tried using a PHP script called BigDump, but it keep erroring in the middle of the upload. Are there any other alternatives to get the mysql dump file up into a mysql database? Thanks.
