I submited a help ticket. There was something wrong with the DNS settings and they fixed it. The .org works now. Yes the .org was the parked domain and the .com is the main one. However I still can't use my FTP program.

When I go to mysite.org it hangs up when I go to mysite.com it works fine. My FTP program will not log in either.

Yes I see them in your pic. Right above "check out our new". The dots are irrelevant. I only mentioned them to let you know where the code is.

Down at the bottom you will see .. .. that is where the random code is. If you back up to the root you'll see random sayings at the top of the screen.

that didn't work and I'm not using it in PHP. I tried it on my intro page, which is in the root, and it worked. but all of the other pages are in a subdirectory.

OK I got it to work, but does it have to be in the main directory??? How do I code it from a sub directory? for example what if I want it on this page >http://****/main/index.shtml

Does it work? Where do I put the #exec command?

I use them all. I combine them all with Trillian Pro.

My current ISP offers Postini. This is a web based filter that intercepts viruses and spam. I was thinking of moving all my e-mail over, but virus protection is a big issue.

I have about 7 domains registered here and I also have 3 websites here. For the webspace I have 3 different accounts. However all the domains are managed under ONE account. So far I have always submitted a help ticket to tell TCH which domain goes to what website. Is there a setting in CPanel that will allow me to do this in the future?

Well I was going to tranfer the domain, but I have to leave it there for 60 days. However I just figured out that I AM able to select the nameservers. I HAVE updated on THAT end. Is there something I need to do in Cpanel or is it a help ticket thing to add that domain to my existing webspace?

Looks like adding DNS service costs $9.50 on their end. I'd be better off just transfering the domain.

I currently have "****" and webspace here. I also have "mydomain.org" registered somewhere else and want it it pointed to the same site as "****" what do I need to do on THIS end?

Yes it works fine with my FTP program. However I was wanting to setup a folder that someone could access from any computer. The people who would be accessing it might not be web savy. I figured the drag and drop capabilities of browser FTP would solve my problem.

It gets weirder. Last week I was able to FTP access my root directory using my amin account name. However I was trying to access a subdomain with a sub FTP account. NOW I can't access the root with my main account.

Still having problems with this. If I create a regular user account. I seem to be able to log in just fine. However if I use either of my admin accounts, I have problems logging in.

I can't ever find the page to submit a support ticket. Links??

Buying my 3rd web hosting package. When I bought my 2nd package it wouldn't recocnize me as a returning customer and I had to set up a new account. Now I'm setting up a 3rd site and it won't recognize my e-mail and password as a returning customer. So I go to set up another NEW account. When I get finished it says that e-mail is already in the system. What do I do? I won't let me ADD and account and it won't recongnize me as a returning customer.

Yes there are files there. If I log in using an FTP program I can see the files in the subdomain folder. If I access the site via http://subdomain.mydomain.net I can see them. Actually, I'm not sure it was letting me log in. I didn't notice the "waiting" icon was still there.

alas....I tried that too! It lets me log in, but I see a blank white screen.... no drag and drop access, no visible files....I know files are there.

look at the referring stats. It may be that someone has remote linked some gifs from your site and posted them on another high traffic site.

I have a prospective client that is needing to have "user friendly" access to update text content on a few of the pages. Is there an easy way to create a web based template to facilitate these changes?

If I type in "FTP://****" and enter my username and password I have ftp access via my browser. However I have setup a subdomain and have setup seperate FTP access for that subdomain. I can access the subdomain using the seperate FTP account if I use an FTP program such as WS_FTP. However if I type in "ftp://****/subdomain" it prompts me for the name and password, but it won't let me in. What am I doing wrong?
