  2. So are you going to eliminate the content of your personal domain? If so, you can still do as Thomas said, park the domain on top of your current domain and have the account re-provisioned which will make it brand spanking new with no content. Of course you could remove your current content yourself and start new. Having the domain parked on top of your current domain you can email addresses for both domains.

  15. The smallest plan will handle your needs unless your board becomes very popular requiring you to upgrade. Most if not all forum software packages handle multiple forums, provide user levels, allow you to decide who can post and you can block IPs directly in cPanel your site configuration manager.

  17. On a dedicated server the customer, anyone they give access, and TCH techs are the only ones that have access to the machine. On a shared server there are multiple clients that have access to their space while the techs have access to all of them. Hope that helps.

  22. Did you create a link to it on a web page or are you emailing a link to someone and they are getting that message? Or is the zip file name in upper/lower case? It matters. A full link http://yoursite.ext/zipfile.zip should work.
