You would first have to create the database, user and add the user to the database through cPanel. - MySQL host - localhost - User - cpanel-name_user-you-created - Password - just-the-password-you-created for above user - Database name - cpanel-name_database-name-you-created

To see that your disk space has been increased in cPanel log into yours and look under stats. You should see similar info as in the image posted here for the silver plan. If you do not, please open a ticket with the help desk.
