I have my account configured with spamassasin enabled and a spam box folder. In the last few days I have been receiving high volumes of spam, much more than I had been receiving. Has anything about spamassasin changed? Is there a need for an update? Is there anything more I can do?

I have tried to upgrade my service to gold. I entered a ticket a few days ago trying to get a PayPal link to pay for a year of upgraded service. I can't seem to get anyone on the Live chat or AIM. Can someone please take a look at ticket If you are reading this could you please have someone check on ticket LVA-22874 and tell me what I need to do to get my site turned back on?

How do you reclassify a message in the spam box as not being spam? I see a blacklist button in Horde but not a whitelist.

I installed the software and it works great. Can it be reached from somewhere other than the link I put on my webpage? Can it be reached from an IRC client? Is it listed somewhere? Also, looks like the AOL users are having trouble. Any ideas?
