  1. Hi all, I found the answer to a bug I've been having on my site; sometimes the gif images do not appear on my site and it's because IE thinks the Hotlink feature is a cookie and blocks the images. See the link for the dialog box I get in IE, and because of this the images don't load. Mad!!! http://zoblue.com/image.htm Please let me know what I can do to avoid this error, so people can view the images!!! It's only been happening on the intro page http://zoblue.com, as some of you may remember I've posted this question before. thanks, !!blue
  2. Hi all, does TCH do Coldfusion? For school, I did a website project using Coldfusion and want to put it up on my site, right now it's only image captures. I know, I know, "why did we learn Coldfusion? Yuck! ", eventually will change it, but not anytime soon. Thanks, !!blue
  3. Thanks all, Yes, it is the page with all the dots "choose a flavor" and clearing the Internet cache did fix it. I wonder what it was , and I hope it doesn't happen to other viewers of my portfolio site! I will hafta keep an eye on this! btw: Rock Sign Thanks, !!blue
  4. Hi, if I go to http://www.zoblue.com then remove the www part, they are different! The zoblue.com has no images as if they are missing! I thought whether we had the www or not, the pages would be the same. This is the only page affected and when I checked the Source they are exactly the same. What gives? I'm crying over here! Well, not literally, but u get the idea! thanks, !!blue
  5. Hello all, I downloaded and saved the Horde email script to my site, and it only seems to work in Netscape. In IE, I have to remove the "+zoblue.com" from the user name in the prompt and enter my password, and I have to do that entire process FOUR TIMES Head Bash Then it lets me in to the horde interface. If I leave the "+zoblue.com", then entering my password is no good, after several tries, it says Access Denied. In Netscape, the script works just fine. I only added CSS and images to the code. Please check the source of the page: email page on my site and let me know if I'm doing anything wrong, or if IE is just buggin'. Also: it still doesn't log me out completely, in terms of not having the user name and password filled in. thanks in advance, !!blue
  6. Samrc, did u or anyone have ur site's code tested? cuz looks like Optiview does that on their site and maybe u can view the results of the test on that address u have? here's the link for testing your site: http://www.optiview.com/POV/task,ov4coolto...ools/parse.html it would make some kinda sense, they test the first 10 pages of your site; I didn't check on whether they had ALL the pages of ur site. does that make any sense to you? !!blue
  7. Surefire, thank you! I will see what I can learn from your files and hopefully I will make it work. later, !!blue
  8. quick question: how can u tell if your images are being hotlinked? Is it via noticing the bandwidth going up unexpectedly or is it something else? !!blue
  9. Hi all, I found the following php email form online and was able to use it, however, I wanted to ask how I can make it check that the email contains an "@" sign. It only checks that the email box not be empty (right?). I know it should go in the * if($Email != "") * line, but I don't know how it should be worded. I want it to check if the text in the email box has an @ sign somewhere in it. It's prolly the easiest thing, but I don't know php! any help is appreciated , !!blue
  10. Thanks all! dsdemmin, I will try what you suggest, a friend of mine pointed me to a perl script that could find this stuff... but that's too techy for me! Thanks again! !!blue
  11. Hi all, I have a question: where can I view the statistics for my site's visitors that will show me their Screen Resolution, Color Depth, and JavaScript info? (or am I the only one who'd want to see this? Nerd ) Thanks, !!blue
