Had a copyright mix-up on my main graphic so had to do a quick yank-n-replace this morning to get the correct one up, and neglected to resize the replacement. D'oh! Okay ... In the Bad Old Days I made web pages with just a freeware text editor, and that was fine 'cause there wasn't much one could do anyway. Now the things are so jazzy and complicated I'm more than okay with using a page builder, and CSB seems really good thus far. Still ... Sometimes I want to insert some code, pasted into the page exactly as I copied it from some source -- the linkback snippet to TCH, for example. I can use the insert HTML Gem feature, but it seems to insist on having some placeholder graphic at the spot; all I want is the text link to appear. I've been gimmicking the system by manually editing the HTML outside of CSB but there just has to be a better way, methinks. CSB gurus: some enlightenment? Thanks! Spinny

Would that life were so simple, eh? Seriously, just downloaded the trial version last night and IMHO it's well worth endorsing. Already tried That Other WSIWYG Builder and CSB gets the job done in high style and without having to add all that M$ overhead-cum-shackle-you-to-them stuff to the mix. Head Bash The how-tos and documentation for setting up a password-protected ftp account under my domain seem very straightforward and easy to follow; that's probably exactly why I'm having so much trouble! Okay, let's say I want to open an ftp account for user id bozo and require a password to access it. I've gone to the ftp manager section of the cpanel and created an account, both with and without first having created a subdomain to match (such as bozo.mydomain.biz). Everything looks good until I actually try to access the account. I've tried both a client (leechftp) and web browser access. I've tried: bozo.mydomain.biz bozo@mydomain.biz ftp.mydomain.biz with userid bozo and password mypassword I've tried similar efforts with ftp://and so on... In all cases it recognized the subdomain and/or the main domain, but always bombs saying the user id and/or password is invalid. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance! Spinny
