I have a small personal web site about a medical condition. I want people to be able to find it using the typical search engines. My problem is this: I am new to this web site thing, and I am using Trellix because I don't know how to write in html. I don't know how to write meta-tags, or how to cut and paste them, if I even knew how to view the html stuff that Trellix is writing for me. I don't want to pay 200.00 to list my site. Do I need to know about meta tags? Can I just sign up for a cheaper version or will that be a waste of money? I apologize for being so computer illiterate, but I guess I thought this wouldn't be so difficult to figure out. I need a simple solution. I will visit KWs site to answer some of this, but I do need suggestions about the promotion aspect. Thanks.

I have followed the instructions to make a counter, and clicked on the Make HTML. It says to cut and paste into the HTML page where I want it. How do I do that? I'm using Trellix publish anywhere version, and I don't know how to put the counter onto my home page. I know this is probably really basic for most people, but I am learning as I go! Thanks!
