I was wondering if you are planing on selling virtual dedicated servers? As a developer, I would love to have a virtual dedicated to play on without worrying about dropping my production sites (every kid needs a sandbox). Any sign of future availability?

Code monkeys are a dime a dozen, but coders are alot more expensive. I think companies are starting to understand that there's more than one way to write an application.

I was wondering what software package TCH uses for their tickets? It seems to work flawlessly.

If your looking for a sales pitch, I think your best bet would be, "Our tech's kick a__". I really think it would work, people like honesty. That being said, I have only been here a couple of days, but if tech support is always this helpful, I will be here for a lot longer. Here's an example e-mail conversation. Me: Hey, can you setup this to do this for me? Them: Sure. Them: Done. All this transpired in like 30 minutes. If that's not service I don't know what is. NOW that being said, you might say beginner's luck, but I've had four different things come up similar to the example above, and all of them were handled in a timely manner.

I always find posts like this interesting. It's like baseball. Anyone can swing a bat, and with that bat hit a ball, let's say a basketball, probably get 20 feet out of it. A baseball player can take that same bat and using a tool (baseball) that's honed in can hit that ball hundreds of feet. When all is said and done, people do not go to stadiums by thousands to watch people like me hit basketballs, nor will people come to your website by thousands if you don't know what your doing. Now, you can call me an a__hole if you want, but there is a difference in playing baseball, and hitting balls with a bat. ok, I just read that and it sounded a lot meaner than I intended... I'm not saying that you cannot be a baseball player, it just takes more work than being a basketball hitter.
